“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Governors have prepared detailed budgets and cash flow forecasts for at least 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements. On the basis of these, along with a robust recovery plan and together with support from Charity bank, the Governors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the charity's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
