“After making enquiries and reviewing analyses, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements. Even if losses were to be incurred in future periods the Company is expected to remain solvent and will continue to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements.”

Management has assessed the potential impact of the conflict on the Company's insurance and reinsurance exposures and, based on information available when the financial statements were approved, does not believe the conflict affects the carrying amounts of any assets and liabilities recognised at 31 December 2025.”
