“The BCF Group has positive net current assets including a cash balance of £1,275,101 (excluding cash collected and held on behalf of customers) as at 30 June 2025. The Company also has a £1m loan facility from its sole shareholder, BIH, which was undrawn as at 30 June 2025. The loan facility is cancelled and repayable if the Company ceases to be a subsidiary of BIH. Both future trading and stressed scenario forecasts indicate that the business has sufficient cash to ensure the BCF Group is able to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date the financial statements are signed and is not expected to draw on the loan facility. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
