Going concern
Affirmed

“The Company is part of the ABT Loadmac Group. The Company and Group have updated their Strategic Plan to reflect reasonable scenarios as a result of the global economy, which have been reviewed by the Directors. These demonstrate the Company is still forecast to generate a profit and cash in the year ending 31 December 2025 and beyond and that the Company has sufficient cash reserves to enable the Company to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. The Directors are therefore satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to continue to operate for the foreseeable future. For this reason they continue to adopt the going concern basis for preparing these financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
