“As at 31 December 2024 the going concern basis of accounting was considered to be appropriate as no material uncertainties existed. As explained in note 13 the company is part of a group banking arrangement, guaranteed by the parent company Putzmeister Holdings GmbH of the immediate holding company Putzmeister Concrete Pumps GmbH and given the current economic uncertainty Putzmeister Holdings GmbH, has provided a letter of support for the period covering at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The directors have evaluated the ability of Putzmeister Holdings GmbH to provide this support in the context of the group structure and activities of fellow subsidiaries and the ultimate controlling party Sany Heavy Industrial Co. Limited and have not identified any material uncertainties in this regard. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
