“The directors believe that the Group and Company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and for at least 12 months from the approval of the financial statements. The Group and Company currently have a strong liquid asset position comprised of trade receivables and cash and cash equivalents (Group: £4,011,027, Company: £2,151,541) and are in a position to discharge all of their liabilities due next year (Group: £542,809, Company: £310,703) and meet ongoing overhead costs for the going concern period. For this reason, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
