Affirmed

“As at 31 December 2024 the Company had Net Current Liabilities of £1,846k (2023: £899k), however after making appropriate enquiries and having prepared and reviewed cash flow forecasts which take into account possible changes in trading performance and the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and for at least one year from the date of these financial statements. For these reasons they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Company's financial statements. The group confirms their intention to support Kitchen Range Foods Limited to enable it to meet its financial obligations as they fall due for a period of at least a year from the date of the approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 in order for the Company to continue its operations.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-29 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

Heads up: a more recent set of accounts has been filed but isn't yet reflected here — the figures above are older than the company's latest filing.
