• “On 1 June 2023, Incora's predecessor (Wesco Aircraft Holdings Inc.) and forty-three of its subsidiaries and affiliates (...) filed voluntary petitions for relief under title 11 of the U.S. Code (...) accepted by the requisite majorities of creditors and was confirmed (approved) by the Bankruptcy Court on December 27 2024. The Debtors implemented the Chapter 11 Plan on January 31, 2025, thereby emerging from U.S. bankruptcy oversight with a stable and de-leveraged capital structure. As part of the new capital structure, the existing ABL facility was repaid on 31 January 2025.”
