Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors believe that preparing financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate as at 30 June 2025. The directors have considered the projected financial performance and cash flow forecasts in conjunction with financing availability to 28 February 2027. The directors have assessed that a severe but plausible downside scenario would result in the company's revenue being flat year-on-year. This is against a backdrop of 22% revenue growth in the year ended 30 June 2025 and 22% in the year to 30 June 2024. These cash flow forecasts were further stress tested with a reduction in revenue and some selective cost savings, with the Company continuing to have the ability to meet all day-to-day obligations as they fall due across the going concern period.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-06-30 vs 2024-06-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
