Material uncertainty over going concern
The directors have concluded that these conditions represent a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the company's and Group's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. As detailed in Note 17 Loans and Borrowings, Facility A, Facility B (RCF) and Facility C mature on 21 July 2026 and Facility D matures on 15 December 2026. The Group's financial forecasts show that it will have insufficient funds to make the scheduled repayments of these facilities at their maturity dates. Management is currently in the process of preparing longer term forecasts and associated funding requirements before commercial discussions take place to renew/replace existing facilities. The directors have every confidence that current facilities will be renewed or replaced through refinancing before their maturity dates. However, no commitment to such refinancing from existing or new lenders has yet been received. The directors have concluded that these conditions represent a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the company's and Group's ability to continue as a going concern.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
