• “In June 2024, the Company agreed to sell its 49% shareholding in Arab International Optronics Company (SAE) (AIO) to a fellow Thales Group subsidiary. The share sale is subject to completion of certain regulatory processes in Egypt, being the country in which AIO is registered and operates. It is anticipated that the share sale process will be completed in the second half of 2025. The share disposal will be settled in cash, and it is expected that there will be no loss for the Company on disposal of the shares.”
