“The directors have prepared a cash flow forecast showing that the company can operate within its existing committed funding facilities, including incorporating sensitivity analysis based on a reduction in trading volume. These forecasts are supported by the continued financial support of the immediate parent company, Toyota Motor Europe NV/SA, for a period of at least one year after approval of the financial statements, for which the directors have received written confirmation. Based on these factors, the directors believe that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate.”

- “The Competition and Markets Authority (the "CMA") launched an investigation on 15 March 2022 into alleged anti-competitive conduct in relation to vehicle recycling and advertising of recycling-related features. On 14 March 2025, the CMA agreed to settle the investigation with the Toyota (GB) PLC, Toyota Motor Europe NV/SA and Toyota Motor Corporation. The CMA has consequently imposed a penalty of £4.5m on Toyota in respect of the investigation, with Toyota (GB) PLC, Toyota Motor Europe NV/SA and Toyota Motor Corporation being liable on a joint and several basis for this penalty. This penalty has been settled by the company's parent company.”
