The process has been aided by long term revenue, cost and cash flow forecasts. The Group also has the support of the ultimate parent company, SICO Incorporated, based in the USA. The Directors have obtained written confirmation of the support and the Group auditor has provided a confirmation that the Parent company and wider group is a going concern and has sufficient resources to support the Company if this was required. Based on this, the Directors are satisfied that the Company is a going concern.”
