“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes the Company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due, for the foreseeable future. The directors have concluded that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis, having undertaken an assessment of the financial forecasts for the 12 month period after the approval of these financial statements. In addition, the directors note that Yum! Brands Inc confirms its intention to continue to provide further financial and other support to Pizza Hut HSR Advertising Ltd for at least the next twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due.”
