The Company is in receipt of a letter of support from ISS UK Limited, the parent company, to assist the Company in meeting its liabilities as and when they fall due, but only to the extent that money is not otherwise available to the Company to meet such liabilities. ISS UK Limited has confirmed that it has the ability to provide such support and will provide it for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approving these financial statements.”
