“As detailed below and within Note 1 to the accounts, the directors have made a thorough assessment of the Company's ability to continue operating as a going concern. During 2024 the Company recorded a profit, and at the balance sheet date was in a net assets position. The Company operates on behalf of The Financial Times Limited under a transfer pricing arrangement and as there is no intention to change the operations, management fully expect the Company to continue to generate profits for the foreseeable future. Management has a clear expectation that we will have adequate resources to meet our commitments as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. In addition, a letter of support has been received from a parent company which commits to support the Company for at least one year beyond the date these financial statements are signed. As such, we continue to adopt the going concern basis of preparation.”
Significant events
- “During the year, the Company vacated its old office for which a wear and tear provision had been accrued. On vacating that office, it was agreed with the landlord that no amount was payable and the provision was released. Subsequently, the Company has taken up another lease on a new office, and has begun accruing a dilapidation provision that represents the current best estimate of the cost of bringing the property back to its original condition as required by the lease agreement.”
- “The reorganisation provision relates to redundancy obligations which were settled in January 2025.”
- “The Company has corrected the prior year comparative of the deferred tax asset, because the prior year included a rounding issue of €1,000. This restatement has no impact on the Company's net assets or results for the comparative period.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
