  Based on the above indications the Directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. • “All loan covenants have been satisfied during the year ended 31 December 2024. There was a breach of loan covenant as at 31 March 2025 for which the Company received a waiver from the lender, and the covenant was reset for the remaining term of the loan. There have been no further breaches of loan covenants since that date. However, attention is drawn to the uncertainty related to the refinancing of the bank loan due for redemption in September 2026.”
