- “Since 2020 the business has been engaged in litigation with it's then insurers around reimbursement for the loss of Gross Profit incurred throughout the Covid 19 Pandemic. The costs of this litigation have been appropriately expensed as and when they became due since the beginning of the litigation period. During the reporting period the company accepted an offer of settlement from the insurers of £470k excluding costs. Litigation continues with regard to costs recovery.”
