“The Director has considered the company's and group's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements and has reviewed liquidity requirements for this period, taking into account the company's order book and market conditions. There is an ongoing loan agreement with the group's parent company, further substantiated by a letter of financial support from the ultimate parent company, Palm Papier GmbH & Co KG, to allow the group to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
