“The Directors have reviewed financial forecasts for the 12 months from the approval date of these financial statements, taking account of reasonable possible changes in trading conditions. In addition, the company has identified a number of mitigating actions that are within management's control and can be actioned on a timely basis to be effective should trading deteriorate, including support from Bamford Property Limited, and are therefore satisfied that there is no material uncertainty. Accordingly, the company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
