Going concern
Affirmed

“After reviewing the company's order book, financial projections, and expected cash position for the period to 31 December 2026, the directors have a strong expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. At the year end, the company was in breach of certain financial covenants relating to its bank loan facilities. As a result, and in accordance with applicable accounting standards, the associated borrowings have been classified as current liabilities. Subsequent to the reporting date, the lender issued a formal waiver of the Event of Default arising from the breach, confirming that no enforcement action will be taken. This waiver provides assurance regarding the continued availability of the loan facilities and supports the directors' assessment of going concern.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
