“The Directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of the financial statements. The Company has received written confirmation from its ultimate parent undertaking, MJ Gleeson plc, that there is willingness to continue to provide financial support as required for at least the next 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.
