“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The principal activity of the company is to design, manufacture and supply industrial respiratory protection and gas detection systems along with provision of safety training courses and after sales services. The company's cash flows are therefore dependent on the continuation, volume, and pricing of those operations. The company meets its day to day working capital requirements from its cash reserves and intercompany borrowings through a clearing and cash management agreement along with assurances from the group headed by Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA, our Parent company that any financial support required will be given to support projected funding requirements.”
