“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. For the year ended 31 December 2024, the Group incurred a profit before tax of £6,242 (2023: £645,928). Management has prepared detailed trading and cash flow forecasts through to December 2026. These forecasts incorporate the impact of restructuring measures undertaken in 2025 and demonstrate a return to profitability in 2026, with cash balances remaining positive throughout the forecast period. The Director is confident that the decisive actions taken since early 2025 including site consolidation, streamlined operations, brand simplification, and digital transformation - provide a robust platform for long-term growth.”
