“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and to meet all liabilities as they fall due. In arriving at this conclusion, the directors have considered the potential impact of a number of scenarios on forecast trading and have prepared a profit and loss based forecast model to February 2026. In preparing those forecasts, the directors have made estimates such as the level of demand from customers in the short to medium term and the ongoing cost base of the group in the future. Taking into account the forecasts, available cash headroom at the present date, combined with strong trading performance against the prior year budget and post year end, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will be able to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future for a period of at least 12 months from the signing of the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
