“At the time of approving these financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors have received written support from group undertakings that they will receive continued support from them, such that the company can meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The directors have assessed the availability of group support from its immediate parent company of the group, and determined that the company has sufficient working capital for its need for at least the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. In view of this, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
