- Affirmed
“Having reviewed the forecast and the parental support, and after making enquiries, along with the directors' assessment of Sensient Technologies Corporation's ability to provide such support for the 12 months from the approval of the 2024 financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue as a going concern for a period of 12 months from the date of approving the 2024 financial statements. Accordingly, the directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “Turnover increased by 23% in 2024, as demand recovered for cosmetic products, which had declined in 2023 due to customer destocking, resulting in increased sales to affiliate companies in Europe and Asia. Profit after tax increased due to the higher revenue, and favorable product mix has driven a increase in gross profit percentage since 2023. The company's "quick ratio" (current assets as a percentage of current liabilities) decreased in 2024 to 254% (2023: 282%). This has mainly been driven by increased creditors, due to timing of affiliate supplies as demand increased.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
