“Management considers the adoption of the going-concern basis is appropriate in preparation of the accounts for year-ending 31 December 2024 for the following reasons:- 1.) Financial Forecasts: Financial forecasts for Epta UK Ltd for the period 2025 to 2028 suggest that the company will be profitable from 2025 onwards continuing the improving trend of 2024. These forecasts come from the strategic plan submitted and agreed with Epta group. 2.) Financial support from ultimate parent company Epta S.p.A.”
