“The Directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. This assumption is based on a review of the company's financial forecasts and projections, which include assumptions about future revenue growth, cost management, and the continued profitability of the Company. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the business has adequate resources to continue to operate for the next 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts. The Directors are confident that the group has transitioned to a more profitable basis and there is no longer a material uncertainty around the going concern assumption. For these reasons, the Directors consider it appropriate to continue adopting the going concern basis in preparation of the Financial statements. They have not identified any material uncertainties that would cast significant doubt on the Group's ability to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future.”
Significant events
- “There has been a continued strategy of liquidating some of the assets of the business since 2023. The cash from this has been utilised to fully repay the bank loans taken out by the group during the COVID crisis, the repayment of the short-term liquidity loan provided by the parent company, Andrews Charitable Trust, and the acquisition of further Letting portfolios. The group as of April 2025 is debt free.”
- “The Company has an outstanding loan with another group entity, Andrews Letting and Management Limited. The Company pays interest on this loan each year. The loan has been written down by £3m (£6.5m write down in 2023) during the year and will look to be repaid by the end of 2025.”
- “There have been two properties sold in January and March 2025 with the funds being used to reduce group debt and provide funding for the group's acquisition strategy.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
