“The directors have assessed the going concern of the Company. There has been little change in the overall operating profit margin compared to 2023. The directors expect the volume across all 3 manufacturing sites to increase into 2025. With this in mind the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a minimum of 12 months from the date of signing. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
