“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company's trade is dependent on its penultimate parent Company, ABB Asea Brown Boveri Ltd ("ABB"), and ABB intends to continue its trading relationship with the Company. The directors have prepared forecasts, for a period covering at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. These forecasts which include base case and plausible downside scenarios show that the Company can continue to operate as a going concern.”
