• “As a consequence of the sale of the company in 2023 there was a requirement in 2024 to incur additional costs and Investment which were reflective of the need to carry out a number of improvements to our building's infrastructure and manufacturing equipment as a consequence of the lack of investment by the previous owners in the period prior to the sale. Additional significant Investment in our operating system was required following the removal of its shared support facilities by the previous owners Recticel Limited.”
