Affirmed

“As at 31 December 2024 the Company was in a net current liability position. The net current liability position is primarily driven by amounts owed to group undertakings. The Company's ultimate parent company, Derwent London plc, has provided the Company with an undertaking that it will provide such financial support as the Company requires for its continued operations for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. This financial support will include not seeking the repayment of amounts advanced unless adequate alternative financing has been secured and advancing further amounts to the Company as required. As at the date of signing the financial statements, the Directors believe that the ultimate parent company has a strong liquidity position and is well placed to provide this support. Based on this understanding, the Directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis notwithstanding the net current liabilities on the Company's balance sheet.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
