“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The group's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, performance and position are set out in the Strategic Report on page 2. The Directors have considered the net liability position of the group and the availability of funding from Boskalis Westminster (Holdings) Limited and have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”
