- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the Directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. Our responsibilities and the responsibilities of the Directors with respect to going concern are described in the relevant sections of this report.”

Significant events
- “During the year, sales and marketing activities for Perlite, manufactured by Group company, Hoben International Limited, were transferred to them to be managed directly. This transition accounted for a £0.23 million movement in business. AVD Lith-EX products remain a profitable part of the Company's operations. To improve competitiveness and reduce costs, fire extinguisher manufacturing has been brought in-house, making it possible to pass savings on to customers.”
- “AVD Fire Limited was incorporated to take the lead in marketing and selling the AVD Lith-Ex products and, during the year, a portion of Dupre's business relating to extinguishing agents, vermiculite dispersions, fire extinguishers and related products was transferred to this new entity. From the next financial year onward, all operations in this product line will be conducted through AVD Fire Limited.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
