“The directors are satisfied that the Company and the Group will have sufficient resources to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of the approval of the financial statements. The ultimate parent company, Daejan Group Holdings Limited has indicated their willingness to make available financing to enable the Company to meet its working capital requirements for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. As with any company placing reliance on other group entities for financial support, the directors acknowledge that there can be no certainty that this support will continue although, at the date of approval of these financial statements, they have no reason to believe that it will not do so.”

Significant events
- “The political and economic uncertainty which has characterised the period to 31 March 2025 looks likely to continue throughout the coming year. On the positive side inflation seems to be set in a generally downward direction albeit with uncertain timing and some upward fluctuations along the way. Caution on the part of the monetary authorities is slowing the rate of reduction in interest rates.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
