- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The company is part of the Cambria Investments Holdings Group and benefits from the support from the Group funding facilities and cash offsetting arrangements. The Group is profit making, free cash flow positive and has strong net assets. The directors have reviewed the cash flow requirements of the company (and the wider group) for a period of at least 12 months from the date these accounts are signed and have concluded that they have a reasonable expectation that the company (and the Group) has adequate resources to continue to operate for the foreseeable future. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
Significant events
- “The Company experienced a modest reduction in total vehicle sales volumes, which was anticipated following the restructuring of its relationship with Jaguar Land Rover ("JLR"). The Company exited all Jaguar franchise arrangements in November 2024, having previously closed the Woodford JLR dealership in June 2024.”
- “During the year, the Barnet site also ceased to operate as a JLR new vehicle sales franchise and transitioned to representing the Chery, Omoda and Jaecoo brands under the Invicta name with a sister company.”
- “Used vehicle volumes increased year on year and this improvement, together with growth in Aftersales revenues, effective cost control measures, and the acquisition of two Triumph motorcycle dealerships from another group company, contributed to an improvement in profitability.”
- “As part of the expansion of Grange, the Group announced it was partnering with Alpine in Edinburgh and Corvette in Birmingham.”
- “Grange has reset the relationship with JLR during the year, with three sites in Barnet, Brentwood and Hatfield retained following the JLR network reorganisation. As part of the reorganisation of the JLR network, the Group also divested of the Swindon JLR dealership to Marshalls Motor Group in April 2025.”
- “Further, as part of a streamlining the Group at the end of Chapter Two, the Company acquired two Triumph dealerships from its sister company.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
