Affirmed

“The Company has a strong net assets position and growth strategy in place. Cash flow forecasts indicate that the Company will continue to be cash generative over the coming 12 months and beyond even in plausible downside scenarios. Additionally, on 1 January 2025, the trade and assets of Chryso UK Limited, a fellow group member of the group headed by Compagnie de Saint-Gobain S.A., were hived into the accounts of GCP Applied Technologies (UK) Limited. The hive across was done at book value for consideration equal to the net assets acquired. Therefore the Directors are satisfied that the Company will continue to operate and meet all of its financial obligations for the future and for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
