“The directors prepared cash flow forecast for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that, taking account of severe but plausible downsides and the anticipated impact of further cost inflation on the operations and its financial resources, the Company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. The Company has considerable cash resources and no external debt. Consequently, the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully despite the current uncertain economic outlook. The directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
