“The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis, which the trustees consider appropriate given the charity's current cash position and the level of highly liquid investments. Although the group reported a low cash balance at year-end (£4k), liquidity risk is mitigated by the receipt of £155k of contract income in the trading subsidiary in September 2025, which is included within year-end debtors. While the charity's balance sheet shows net current liabilities, this is offset by a substantial holding of highly liquid investments (£3.333m), which supports its ability to meet obligations as they fall due. Accordingly, the trustees do not consider there to be any material uncertainties regarding the ability of the charity or the group to continue as a going concern.”
