Affirmed

“The Company has generated a profit of £2,308,616 for the financial year (2023: £2,891,448). The Company is in a net asset position of £11,398,748 at year end (2023: £12,090,132). After reviewing forecast financial performance and considering the letter of financial support from the ultimate parent company, Zeus Packaging Group Limited, and after making other enquiries, the director has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
