“The group had net current assets of £202,542,820 (2024 - £214,394,981) and cash balances of £58,399,129 (2024-£83,176,864) as at 30 June 2025. After making enquiries, including the fact that this position has further improved after the balance sheet date, the Directors believe that the group is well placed to manage its business risk despite the uncertain economic outlook and have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date that the financial statements are approved.”
