- Affirmed
“The directors consider there to be enough work secured and under tender along with headroom on cash reserves to conclude that the company can meet it's financial liabilities as they fall due for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of signing these accounts. On that basis, the directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Significant events
- “We have seen significant rises in copper prices over the last few months. Copper being a major constituent of the electrical cable we use means prices for cable are rising. With having fixed price contracts further increases would have an impact on margins. The risk of this is being mitigated to some extent by using our very healthy cash position to purchase cable in advance.”
- “We are yet to see any improvement in the volume of new house building despite this being one of the focuses of the new government. Overall plot numbers are down but this is being offset by a higher price per plot because of additional works necessary due to the energy efficiency regulations for new housing. With low consumer confidence and increased tax burdens it is possible we will continue to see a subdued market over the next year.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
