“The Members of the Council... have a reasonable expectation that the School has adequate resources to continue its activities for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. The Coronavirus outbreak has so far not had a material impact on this assessment and, based on their current knowledge, they do not expect it to do so going forward.”
