“The Trustees have a reasonable expectation that Field Studies Council has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future which for this purpose means the period of 12 months from the date these financial statements are approved. For this reason, they continue to adopt the 'going concern' basis in preparing the financial statements. ...Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis and the Trustees are of the opinion that there are no material uncertainties in relation to the ability of the company or its group to continue as a going concern for the twelve months to 17 July 2026.”
