- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the original financial statements were authorised for issue.”

Significant events
- “The year has seen many changes which have influenced the economy and confidence across most sectors. Following a change of government after the 2024 general election, there has been much uncertainty regarding the new government's budget proposals, together with the accelerated increases to payroll costs and the levels of both interest rates and inflation. The radical changes to the inheritance tax regime for family business disposals, in particular, has hit confidence. Despite these challenges and the now constant level of material price increases being experienced, the Directors can report that encouraging levels of turnover, margins and profits have been achieved.”
- “The Directors' strategy has been to develop a wide and varied clientele and to explore new markets and products to improve both growth and profitability for the future. The capital and development programme over recent years has provided the company with both the capability and the capacity to provide our customers, old and new, with the service which they expect.”
- “2024 has again seen considerable investment in plant, machinery, technology and transport. Our bespoke management system continues to be rolled out across the company, increasing engagement, involvement and motivation at all levels. The Directors wish to place on record their thanks to everyone at the company for their efforts and enthusiasm in these changing times.”
- “In an increasingly competitive market, the Directors will continue to implement strategies and investment programmes which focus on growth, customer service, improved efficiency, new products and the development of our customers, large and small.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
