“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, despite the company having net liabliitles of £3,148,656 at the balance sheet date, due to the continued financial support of its parent company and its directors. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
