- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have prepared cashflow forecasts for the period to 30 June 2027, which indicate that, in all reasonable scenarios, the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. As a result, at the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Significant events
- “In January 2025, we closed our Hull store after 33 years of trading.”
- “During the year we invested over £4m undertaking major changes to our existing portfolio of stores to meet the demands of the watch brands we offer. We performed a full refurbishment of our Newcastle store along with a complete re-configuration of our two stores on Commercial Street in Leeds. Our flagship Albion Street store in Leeds was split into two doors, one being for fine jewellery and the other being an exclusive Patek Philippe boutique, the only standalone boutique in the UK outside of London, which opened in June 2025.”
- “Once again, the company achieved industry recognition by retaining the Multi-Generational Watch Retailer of the Year at the WatchPro Awards.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
