“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the Company will have sufficient funds available to enable it to continue to trade for the foreseeable future. In making their assessment that this assumption is correct the directors have undertaken an in depth review of the business, its current prospects, and cash resources as set out below. The directors have prepared forecasts for the period to December 2026. These forecasts indicate profitability across the Company. These projections reflect a resilient performance in a challenging market, underpinned by the Company's solid operational and financial foundations. The Company funds itself through a number of loans from its manufacturer partners. All commitments on these loans have been met and are forecast to continue to be met. After due consideration of the current strong trading position, forecasts prepared, and facilities available to the Company the directors consider that the Company has adequate financial resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, and for this reason the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
