“The directors acknowledge these accounts show a loss for the year however, after reviewing the company's forecasts and projections, cover the 12-month period from the date of signing the financial statements, and taking into account the restructuring mentioned in the post balance sheet event note, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”

Significant events
- “In the next financial year, in light of current trading conditions in the agricultural market, the directors took the decision to undertake some restructuring within the George Browns group. This involved rationalising the use of the property in Leighton Buzzard (owned by this company) and repurposing it into an investment property, along with the consolidation of the activities carried out there into other depots. The directors also took the decision to close down the fishing tackle department.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
